Our guitarist, Charles Guy is the original founding member of Heart & Soul. A longtime performer, Charles also founded the band In Flight, back in the early '80s.

Charles grew up in North Carolina. After stints in Los Angeles, and lengthy touring, he eventually settled down in Southern Oregon.

In addition to his outstanding work on the electric guitar, Charles is also an accomplished composer. His acoustic guitar pieces are sophisticated and hauntingly beautiful. His side project is called A Thousand Suns, and it just so happens that the latest release, Spark Of Light, is still available on CD! Check it out!
