Life is short and some of our best memories are of those times of accomplishment and acknowledgement when we get together and celebrate life. Heart & Soul would be honored to share in those special moments with your family or civic organization. The band is experienced at helping to plan and making your private event a big success. If you are planning any one of the following functions, please call to discuss how we can help enliven your special occasion:

• Our members are seasoned entertainment professionals and highly accomplished musicians.
• We bring over $20,000 worth of top quality instruments and sound equipment.
• We have our own stage lighting to create a show atmosphere.
• We are available to meet with clients at their convenience to ensure ease of planning.
• We can offer a wider variety of musical styles authentically played.
• We accommodate last minute schedule changes during the course of your event.
• We set up and tear down our equipment in a timely manner with minimum disruption.
• We network with other wedding services and will gladly coordinate our activities with wedding planners, caterers, and facility managers, etc.
• We will learn and rehearse songs specially requested by the wedding party.
• We help create beautiful and lasting memories!

WEDDING / EVENT PLANNERS:

We work with you to help your clients meet their wedding entertainment needs. As such, we can offer part or all of the following:

• Contemporary instrumental jazz or acoustic selections that are appropriate as background for the cocktail/early reception hour.
• Your choice of up to three requested songs that the band will perform especially for the occasion at no additional charge.
• Live high energy and romantic dance music for the celebration. Our song list covers a cross section of musical genres to appeal to a variety of tastes.
• Announce and accompany featured moments with background music (ie.Bride/Groom Dance, Bouquet Toss, Cutting of Cake, etc.).
